A6star Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using a6star's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the a6star website at a6star.ws, its mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a6star as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this service.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a6star platform. Creating more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. a6star reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. a6star will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by emailing [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the a6star platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated bots, or employ unauthorised third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Sharing login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration or any transaction.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal functioning of the platform, its servers, or associated networks.
- Collecting or storing other users' personal data without their consent.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any remaining funds in the account if fraudulent or unlawful activity is found to be involved.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the a6star platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels, including local bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. a6star does not accept payments in any foreign currency.
Successful deposits are typically credited within a short timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may take between 1 to 3 business days. a6star reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal for investigation purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank details they provide are accurate and belong to them. a6star will not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user. Any taxes or additional charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the user.
Funds in a user's account are strictly for wagering purposes and do not constitute savings or investments. a6star does not pay interest on account balances.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
A6star shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses resulting from wagering activity. This platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding reliability, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
A6star does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or internet connectivity issues. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
A6star reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in breach of applicable Malaysian law. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a6star platform, including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and trade names, is the exclusive property of a6star or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from a6star.
Third-Party Links
The a6star platform may contain links or references to third-party services. a6star is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
A6star reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in force.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute relating to the use of the a6star platform.
